How this works

- Pay to confirm — your slot is locked in as soon as the payment goes through.
- Tarek emails your Zoom link before the session. It does not come with the booking confirmation, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Time zones
Every time on the calendar is shown in your own time zone, detected automatically from your device. Students book from all over the world, so if the detected zone is wrong you can change it with the time zone selector on the calendar — no math needed.
Sessions run 45 minutes.
None of these times work?
Tarek teaches out of New York time, and a lot of students are on the other side of the world. If nothing on the calendar lines up with your day, email info@tbmhouse.com and he’ll open up a slot that actually works for you.
Before we meet
Find a space where you can actually move, have your music ready, and think about one or two things you want to work on. The more specific you are, the more we get done.
Your video feedback
The Hybrid package includes one feedback video on top of your live session. After you book, you’ll get an email with a private upload link. Name your file Firstname-Lastname.mp4 so Tarek can match your clip to your package — uploads without a name may be missed.
Once your clip is in and your live session is done, the package is complete.
