Welcome to TBM House. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or class, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Memberships and Purchases
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically and will be billed to your payment method until you cancel. Individual class purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime on-demand access to that class. All sales are final; please see our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Cancellations
You may cancel your recurring membership at any time from your My Account page. Canceling stops future billing; you will keep full access to all classes and content through the end of your current billing period.
Online Privates and Video Submissions
Online private packages are sold per session. The One-on-One Focus package covers a single live session, and the Hybrid Learning Package covers one live session plus one feedback video. Additional videos are not included and require a separate purchase.
Feedback videos must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, after which access to the upload link ends and the purchase is considered used. Videos should be named with your first and last name so they can be matched to your purchase; submissions that cannot be identified, or that exceed the number of videos included in your package, may not be reviewed. Live sessions are 45 minutes and can be rescheduled using the link in your confirmation email.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
Classes and content on TBM House are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your account, redistribute, resell, download, or publicly rebroadcast our videos or course materials without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
All classes, videos, choreography, and materials on this site are owned by TBM House and protected by copyright. Your membership or purchase gives you a personal license to view this content; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer
Dance and movement involve physical activity and some risk of injury. You are responsible for exercising within your own ability and consulting a doctor if you have any health concerns before participating in classes. TBM House is not liable for injuries sustained while following along with our content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
